Serving as "Lettuce Ladies" for the day, Nicole and her fellow Playmate Jo Garcia's occupations were more obvious when dozens of reporters and TV cameras crowded the Playmates' improvised veggie dog stand. The models were lending their image to the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals' campaign to promote vegetarianism.
