Almaty to host ecological seminar of Central Asia and Azerbaijan

A subregional seminar on environmental impact assessment for Central Asia and Azerbaijan will take place in Almaty on June 3-5, Kazinform refers to the press service of Regional Ecological Centre of Central Asia.

A purpose of the roundtable is to make strategic environmental impact assessment in Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan. The representatives of the environmental protection departments, international and social organizations, mass media of the participating countries will participate in the event.

The project is realized by the Regional Ecological Centre of Central Asia in association with Kazakh Environmental Protection Ministry and Bern University (Switzerland).
