Parliament of Kazakhstan ratified Agreement between the governments of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan on mutual recognition of tourism visas

Yesterday at the plenary session the deputies of the senate adopted a law "On ratification of the agreement between the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the government of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on mutual recognition within the territories within the areas, bordering with the Republic of Kazakhstan, regions of Issyk Kul, Talass and Chu oblasts of the Kyrgyz Republic and bordering with the Kyrgyz Republic regions of Almaty and Zhambyl oblasts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, tourism visas of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, granted for citizens of the third states," agency reports.
Thus, a law is adopted by the parliament and is sent for a signature to the head of the state.
According to the document, tourism visas, granted to the citizens of the third states in accordance with the national legislation by the every of the sides for entering to the territory of its states, for stay and exit, enables their holders within the term of visas validity to enter and exit the territories of the abovementioned states freely via control stations, except for the territories which are closed for visiting by foreign citizens.
The agreement was signed on April 26, 2007 in Bishkek
