Yes it is true! These words came from Mr. Hirokazu Koga, general manager of the Lexus Development Center and the men behind the Lexus IS F . According to Koga, the new vehicle which will be powered by a 500+ hp engine, was delayed due to the hard financial times and the fuel price but now it seems the car is on the straight line.
