In a recent interview with Autocar, at the launch of the new Bmw X6 ActiveHybrid , Peter Tuennermann, the model’s project leader, revealed the fact that the Bavarian manufacturer is currently working on more hybrid models. It appears that volume models such as the 3-, 5- and 7-series will are more suited towards a mild hybrid set-up on the basis of their packaging.
