Skywatch Friday 28.08.08 Up the lane, this morning. As I sit here, approaching 7.30pm on Thursday evening the air is filled with the sound of tractors and farm machinery as the farmers make the most of today's good weather and continue with the harvesting of the crops. Last night we could hear the farmers working well beyond midnight. I think it was about 3am when the machinery finally fell silent....
