Saturday, the East Kingsford Train Bridge, a place Iron Mountain teens know well, was deserted, save for a lone bass fishing boat. There were no swimmers in the Menominee River, which divides Michigan and Wisconsin. The water was once a place for summertime revelry, but not after Thursday.
