NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Exelon Corp., the Chicago electricity provider, reported second-quarter profit rose 6.6% on 2.7% higher revenue. Earnings were $748 million, or $1.13 a share, compared with $702 million, or $1.03, in the year-earlier period. Revenue reached $4.62 billion from $4.5 billion.
