NPC International Inc. and Pizza Hut Inc. have completed transactions in which NPC bought 191 Pizza Hut units from Pizza Hut, including 52 in the Kansas City area, for $52.9 million in cash, and sold 70 units to Pizza Hut for $19.6 million in cash.
