At the risk of looking like a complete nut, I hope the Canadian or Saskatchewan government has a plan in place to nationalize the Evraz/IPSCO plant if the Russian/Georgian conflict continues to escalate. Currently Evraz is owned by Russian businessman Roman Abramovich and under a worst case scenario, Regina's steel plant could be supplying profits or material support to a very scary and troublesome...
