NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- UTi Worldwide Inc. said Thursday that its fiscal fourth-quarter net income declined 20% to $18 million, or 18 cents a share, from $22.5 million, or 22 cents a share, a year earlier, due to restructuring charges.
