Heidi Klum is reportedly pregnant with her fourth child. The model sparked rumors that she and husband Seal are expecting another child when pictures of a couture gown redesigned to fit a baby bump were accidentally posted online. “It looks like Heidi is four months pregnant. Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!” says a source.
