There are several problems with this story: Cops didn't recognize chief I tend to believe the cops and not the chief who was off duty, driving a department issued car with tinted windows, parked by a fire hydrant, and a gun on the seat. “don't you know who I am'” Said guy with an ego bigger than the Grand Canyon - Gee, no I don't, should I?
