Brijit , the site that I praised for its 100-word article capsules, has closed shop . Three days ago, Owen at Valleywag wrote of the site, "Until someone finds a cure for logorrhea, both Brijit and Valleywag will have a market." Guess not.

The long-form article summarization service Brijit decided to close its doors today . It would appear that their business model (paying people to summarize long-form news articles) was not viable.
