TPM Election Central reports that super delegates announcing their support for Barack Obama today include Delaware DNC members Harriet Smith Windsor and Rhett Ruggerio (who is switching from Clinton), and state party chair John Daniello. The New York Times reports that Tom Carper was among the senators talking about endorsing Obama at a meeting last night in Washington.
