Cogan Acquitted of Hackery

A couple days ago, I linked to an item by Ross Douthat, who seemed to catch Hoover Institution fellow John Cogan making an admission of staggering incompetence. It turns out Ross and I misread the blog item -- the staggering incompetence was that of Peter Robinson, Cogan's fellow Fellow at the Hoover Institution, not Cogan himself.
