According to Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports, the Rays won a waiver claim on reliever Chad Bradford. They'll send a player to be named later to the Orioles for him. I'm not really sure what that means in terms of the quality of this trade though... I'm always skeptical of the PTBNL. Bradford's been having a typical great year too..
