I know a lot of people are going to HATE me for saying this- but THE INCREDIBLE HULK TV series is nowhere near as good as people remember it being. In fact- in many ways at times it's actually pretty lousy. To be fair- unlike many of the people that love this show- I did not watch it during it's original run. I was born in '81- so the only time I caught the show as a kid was in re-runs. I remember...

Watching Landis win that 17th stage was like watching Bill Bixby morph into the Incredible Hulk. Landis put in a performance that will NEVER be forgotten by anyone who follows cycling, despite the doping.

Dear Mr. Bush, I don’t want to hear about anger, unless it’s of the Bill Bixby / Lou Ferrigno variety. If you’re truly angry, let your anger involve subpoenas. I realize that you don’t like to speak up for yourself, but, sir, please, please realize that NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO DO IT FOR YOU!! Forget gravitas, have [...]

Yesterday afternoon, Murray, the men's 12 seed, faced off against the ultimate wily veteran, France's Fabrice Santoro, in a highly entertaining match on Centre Court. I attended with our trusty researcher, Beret Remak (stay tuned for a new daily installment in our blog, to be entitled "Remak's Remix"). I should clarify here that Beret is not "my" researcher, she's more like Ted Robinson's and Mary...

In one thousand years nobody will even know we were here. This depresses us greatly, and fuels our determination to freeze ourselves so that when the time comes, we can tell people exactly who we were. Before we can do that, though, we have to find a place to put our ice cube trays and figure [...]

The Incredible Hulk is a perfectly watchable and forgettable masala movie. Tim Roth is awesome and this is one predictably silly comicbook movie that entertains well enough if you don't think too much about it.

Question: Can Constant Viewer resist writing “It isn’t easy being green” in a review of The Incredible Hulk? Answer: No, but at least we’ve gotten it out of the way early. The Incredible Hulk is a vastly better movie than the incredibly bad Hulk , Hollywood’s attempt a mere five years ago to bring Marvel’s [...]

So I saw the new Hulk flick and I have to say that while in nearly all regards better than Ang Lee's 2005 borefest of a franchise-launcher, it still isn't all that. Attempting to reboot the Hulk in the image of the old Bill Bixby/Lou Ferrigno television series, THE INCREDIBLE HULK comes of as exactly what an episode of that show would have been like if it had any kind of special effects. The sadness...
