My workout

As I forgot to take my notebook to the gym today (Grrrrrrr!) I had to cobble together a workout from memory. I couldn't remember whether my last workout contained squats or lunges, so I went for lunges. When I got home, I realised I had taken exercises from my first two routines, but I'm not fussed, I got a great workout. As I didn't have my notebook, I couldn't even begin to tell you what reps I did...

New sitcom to be set in the good old CofE

There cannot be a single person who has spent much time in the good old CofE without, for a few moments at least, thinking they could be in Dibley. Abu Dhabi F1

I'm not a massive fan of Formula One, but I occasionally get sucked in, for one reason or another - the technology, the politics, the drivers etc. Good to see Murray Walker is still as enthusiastic as ever, doing a video blog for the BBC. I really enjoyed his Abu Dhabi preview - below link. Abu Dhabi, eh? How times have changed. Apparently they don't appreciate the Flintstones in much of the Middle...

The Boublil and Schonberg Monoliths on Screen

The rumours that both Les Miserables and Miss Saigon will be on the silver screen before too long delight me considerably. Of course, we shouldn’t get our hopes up yet, as Les Mis was lined up for a cinema transfer back in 1992 and nothing was ever heard about it, but these plans seem a little [...]
