I've confirmed that the William Morris talent agent Theresa Peters has landed at United Talent with all of her clients, including James McAvoy, Mandy Moore, Kirsten Dunst, and others. Among the reasons she's cited for leaving Morris after 14 years is the "dysfunction" and "lack of leadership" there. The word is UTA paid "fair market value" to bring her in.
