I've noticed that people usually give up when they are not able to repair Windows 7 or any other operating system. I've been using Windows 7 since Microsoft released its testing version. And I know very well that how important it is to always keep a repair disc. When its difficult to fix problems related to start up, generally we reinstall Windows in that scenario.
