Photos: WENN George Clooney has revealed that Roseanne Barr tried to get with him back in the day when he was on her show. And she came onto him with what I think is the grossest pick-up line I have ever heard. I used to think the most disgusting one was when a former co-worker got drunk and told the office hottie that she "would be a pig for him." But this one is worse. George sat down...

... Felicity Huffman , mom to Sofia Grace , 7 ½ and Georgia Grace , 6, jokingly compared herself to Roseanne Barr and said her favorite TV mom is her own character of Lynette on Desperate Housewives " because of Lynette's fashion sense ." Lynette was a popular choice, apparently, because Extra! host Dayna Devon -- mom to Emmi-Reese , 2 ½ and Cole Brent , 16-months -- said that the character...

For someone who collects fishing flies like Imelda Marcos hoards shoes, the experience was, well, unsettling. Sort of like turning John Daly loose in a beer store or Roseanne Barr in the buffet line. Here I was, surrounded in close quarters by a half-million dozen fliesflies in bins, flies in boxes, flies spread across display panels to dazzle and bewitch.

Back in the day, George Clooney worked on Rosanne Barr’s sitcom. He wasn't quite so hot then – he had sort of a pillowy, Farrah Fawcett -esq hairdo going on – but he was still George Clooney, which means he could still make the ladies want to drop their panties. George has [...]

... occasional wacko or stalker. Fortunately, there’s a middle ground between being Howard Hughes and Roseanne Barr. There’s an art to revealing personal details on your blog without making yourself look dumb, pathetic or just giving out TMI. There’s Naked and then There’s Naked We’ve all got our own definition. Dooce’s version of naked would make me pretty nervous, but I’m downright...

... gig, and who have pretty much sucked so far. Just to recap for the latecomers; we have heard from Roseanne Barr, Joy Behar, Richard Belzer, and still to come is the duo of Ron Kuby and Ron Reagan, which might only be half bad, but, hell, all things equal why not just give Kuby a show late night or very early morning somewhere, not prime drive-time, fer' Christ's sake, and be done...

shut up and… well, just shut up. ROSEANNE BARR: ...I mean I think somebody's profiting by keeping us all divided and making us feel like oh my God we don't even know what to believe what we’re reading what's true. [*cough*Soros*cough*] But you know, we have a lot of power and there is a Democratic Convention in Denver in just a short time and we should a bunch of us go there and repeat...

In mindless manner, I was catching up on the Times 100 Most Influential people when I came to # 71 George Clooney. I was about to hit “next” because I already knew of his talents as an actor, as well as his dedication to helping the situations in Darfur, however when I saw that Roseanne Barr had written the 300 words that followed, my mind went huh? And I had to read on. I admit I know...
