Atom Egoyan to receive Mannheim award

Canadian auteur Atom Egoyan will be honored with this year's Master of Cinema lifetime achievement award at the 58th Mannheim-Heidelberg film festival. Egoyan won Mannheim's Golden Ducat award for "Next of Kin" in 1984. He will accept the honor in person Nov. 6.
