Film News: Singapore selects Eric Khoo's 'My Magic' -- The Motion Picture Producers' Association of Japan (Eiren) has selected the Yojiro Takita helmed drama "Okuribito" (Departures) as Japan's contender for the foreign language Oscar, the pic's international distrib, Shochiku, announced Friday.
