Warner Bros' Lego Batman game seems to be shaping up nicely, with lots of what is becoming classic Lego gameplay, and a fun take on that Darkest of Dark Knights. Newe footage has been released via GameTrailers that shows what looks like co-op play (either that or a really long cut scene) featuring the Joker and his slinky (for a minifig) Jester sidekick Harley Quinn.

Courtesy of Warner Bros. The fine bloggers over at the Playlist keep trying to calm us down about Spike Jonze's Where the Wild Things Are , but all they do is make us more upset every day . Now they've checked out an Entertainment Weekly report — weirdly, the report is not online, although we did find a possible version on a message board — that the production is "deeply troubled" and...

By now, you've probably heard that Josiah Leming, the talented, teary-eyed moppet who was cut from “American Idol” earlier this year after his disastrous take on “Stand By Me,” has signed a deal with indie stalwart Warner Bros. Records. And if you haven't, well, what kind of borderline-obsessive “Idol” fan are you, anyway? Back in [...]

Warner Bros. Records sent me an advance copy of Alanis Morissette's new album Flavors of Entanglement, which I have been listening to for the past couple of days, and altho I don't normally do CD reviews, I do feel compelled to blog about my initial reactions to the album: Because Alanis has a reputation for channeling all her negative energy into her art, I was kind of expecting an album...

Warner Bros. had an informal screening of the first six minutes of next summer's big Bat sequel, "The Dark Knight" at a NYC IMAX theater and on the basis of the sensational footage I saw, 'TDK' now has the early lead in the must-see movie of Summer '08 race.
