And now, the latest from Racked , covering shopping and retail from the sidewalks up. 1) Midtown : So, the line seen above? Nope, not folks waiting to get into the tents at Fashion Week. Rather, it's a crazed mob waiting in line at Saks Fifth Avenue to trade in a bottle of their old shampoo for a full-sized bottle of Frédéric Fekkai's new shampoo (retail price: $23). We love this city....
