An unusual sight during Fashion Week: models in a good mood. OK, so the catwalkers at Nanette Lepore's Wednesday show weren't exactly beaming, but their expressions were far from the standard runway glum. And all the flirty clothes were in nonrecession-like, sunny colors including orange, fuchsia and yellow; prints were flowery and fun.
