Wenlan Chia's girly dresses, easy sportswear and vivid use of color makes her work for the Twinkle collection stand out from the pack during Fashion Week in New York (the print dress for spring 2010, above). Those who want to emulate the look but add their own twist can now do so.

Yes, folks, it was time for fashionistas everywhere to rejoice in the kick off of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in good old New York City last week. Sigh . What I wouldn't give for a front row (or even a back row, slightly blocked) seat at almost any of the runway events that have been ongoing since last week.
