The Byrds recorded some great songs, such as Bob Dylan's "Mr Tambourine Man" and "Turn, turn turn". They were: Jim McGuinn, David Crosby, Chris Hillman, Gene Clark and Michael Clarke. Crosby went on to form Crosby, Stills and Nash. I think that Michael Clarke sang with The New Christy Minstrels, a very popular folk group. McGuinn enjoyed a solo career.
