In 1967 artist Guy Peellaert (later responsible for David Bowie's Diamond Dogs album cover, It's Only Rock and Roll for the Rolling Stones, and the classic coffee table book Rock Dreams, published one of the very first Pop Art comics, The Adventures of Jodelle.
