Filed under: News Last night, our homies over at 360sync exclusively posted a preview of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith's achievement in all their achievement glory sans any achievement artwork though ... bummer. Created by Rui Pereira an NYU student who got too bored with the fact that Guitar Hero: Aerosmith is coming out. The custom-made instrument takes up less space than Rock Band [...]

Courtesy of my good friend Amy: http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee88/ImBillPardy/?action=view¤t=GH4.jpg Turns out it didn't take long for Activision to respond to the immense success of Rock Band (as well as the lackluster reception of GHIII - and the horror of GH:Aerosmith). If you do a little internet searching you'll see that the immediate reception of GHIV isn't going over so well...

We're back! John and I got home from Heathrow about 4pm Sunday. We had a fabulous trip, but I'll have to wait until I have more time (and am less jetlagged) before writing more...and posting photos. So, more to come! And I need to get caught up on all of my own regular blog reading, too...beginning with John's new entry from this morning and all of Gavin's entries over the past 2+ weeks.

The '90s were Wikkid, with a capital "W" and two "k"s. Especially the music! "Grunge" ushered in a slew of absolutely terrible "hard rock" bands; Alicia Silverstone was still eating meat and shaking her entrails in Aerosmith videos; and "the Macarena" taught us all a valuable lesson about the dangers of close gyrating in loose shorts. EMF's "Unbelievable" came, conquered, and scuttled away gracefully,...
