Delfeld submits: On Thursday, emerging market ETFs soared with Brazil (EWZ) up 12.34%, Russia (RSX) up 19,6%, India (INP) up 7,97% and China (FXI) up 14.87% This reminds me of Warren Buffett's remark a few weeks ago, "if you wait for the robins, the spring will be over." These short-term gyrations are disconcerting but remember that stocks are a claim on a very long-term stream of cash flows....
