Bob Mould has announced his plans to release a new "guitar" album in early 2009. Mould very simple states : Yes, it is a guitar album. Yes, it will be released by Anti- in the US. Yes, it is set for a February 2009 release. Yes, there will be band touring next spring. It will be the followup to Mould's well recieved March release, District Line .
