I took a very brief browse (can the verb to browse be nounified') this morning for the apolitical. Several posts in a row on that subject is more than I can stand. The first thing I looked for was Bubble Puppy, but I couldn't find a video. But the Amboy Dukes were in the "related video" section and I was suitably impressed. See Ted Nugent with a high-slung guitar! Also, seeing the dancers in the background...

Texas was a pretty conservative state back in the 60s, so it's doubly ironic that it produced some of the finest garage/psych bands of the era.
