Gunny Highway: They are thinking of Sizzurp which is Promethazine with cough syrup (codine), fruit flavored soda, and a jolly rancher. Although Im sure this fake stuff is popular too.I used to drink those in the 80s(sans the jolly rancher) and with vodka. I used to call them Cuba Blah-bres.
