This has been a lackluster season of Dancing with the Stars . That has a lot to do with the abundance of Z-list celebrities, as few viewers got excited over Louie Vito or Mark Dacascos. But it also has a lot to do with another factor: The absence of Julianne Hough .

It took approximately four weeks longer than it should have, but Dancing with the Stars finally sent its two weakest competitors home this week.
