Back in the ’90s, kids interested in science watched either Beakman’s World or Bill Nye the Science Guy. I liked Beakman’s World better (but feel free to debate in the comments), so here’s a quiz about that classic science show. Reach into our giant mailbag and see if you can answer our questions as well [...]
The bathroom sink was draining slowly. I didn't want to buy a plunger or a specialized drain-cleaning chemical so I tried some Bill Nye the Science Guy-level science and made a fourth grade science fair in the sink. I poured some baking soda into the sink and washed it down with a minimum of water. Then I poured in some vinegar. It bubbled. Eventually I shut the drain in hopes that the CO 2 would build...

Being born from an underprivileged family, her acting career began with small roles on shows such as "Bill Nye the Science Guy" and several others. Her first starring role was a [...]
I only watched his show once or twice, but I remember geeky Living with Ed timing his wife in the shower, and climbing up on the roof to squeegie his solar panels. Not how I would want to live. Things got serious in Studio City when Bill Nye the Science Guy moved in to the neighborhood. Huffpo gawks: Nye trumped Begley's old solar panels with a system that shows when he's making more power than he's...
Larry King let Bill Nye The Science Guy on his show to smack down conspiracy theorists who believe that Roswell was so much more than just a weather balloon. Read the transcript to see Nye trying to... [[ This is a content summary only. Visit my website for full links, other content, and more! ]]
Thats right, if you just skip past the horrid intro you can get straight to mario teaching you about the states of matter and changes of state. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfb5bA_A6zE
