HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Shares of National Australia Bank Ltd. tumbled Thursday morning as trading resumed after the lender said it successfully raised 2 billion Australian dollars ($1.6 billion) from a share sale to institutional investors. The stock was down 4.9% at 22.43 Australian dollars a share amid heavy trading volumes, after the bank sold the shares at 21.50 Australian dollars apiece....
