INDIANAPOLIS The mall manager's position at Washington Square Mall has been vacant since last week, when Kevin Candlish took another job with Simon Property Group. He now will oversee two malls, one in Lafayette and the other in Kokomo. "Kevin was promoted," said Les Morris, a Simon spokesman. "He was named the Simon field employee of the year in 2006.
