BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Real estate investment trust Developers Diversified Realty Corp. on Monday said its fourth-quarter net loss applicable to common shareholders was $190.2 million, or $1.57 a share, compared with net income of $32.2 million, or 27 cents a share, in the year-ago period.
