Jump to the full entry & travel map Paris, France Hello for a second time today! I am trying to update as often as possible when I have internet. Sometimes the internet is too weak here to work and sometimes it is fine. This morning I woke up and went exploring around the area. See my previous post about French art. Don McLean, one of my favorte singing artists, once recorded a song about Vincent Van Gogh called "Starry, Starry Night," named after one of Van Gogh's paintings that today hangs in the Musée D'Orsay in Paris. Here is a video of McLean's song, along with pictures of Van Gogh's paintings. Enjoy.

I’ve just had the great good fortune to go to Paris on business. It’s the first business trip I’ve been on where I haven’t had to prepare anything – no session, no agenda, no nothing. In a shameless boast, the trip consisted of a private tour of the Musee D’Orsay and a meeting with the [...]

Okay so it was my last full day in Paris I slept in until 11am after turning off my alarm at 9am. I figured I wasn't going to make breakfast before it closed at 10am anyway. I was pretty tired today Yesterday was so busy I left the hotel around noon and wandered down towards the corner patisserie for a baguette breakfast. There was a protest going on in Berczy square something about public
