The US photographer Ron Galella was a pioneer paparazzo in the mid 50s, for whom Jackie Kennedy Onassis became a favourite subject. In 1972, he received an injunction restricting him from getting any closer than 25 yards from her. He went on to release two picture books of her in the 70s. His pictures are celebrated worldwide as a US history of Hollywood
