Stenciled graffiti near Fitzgerald Park in Cork City. The walls of this alleyway were covered in in street art. Is it vandalism or not? Madison -- On our Sunday bike ride, we passed these stencil graffiti on the Wingra Bike Path. The one on the left is at the entrance to the underpass under Olin Avenue, while the one on the right is at the entrance to the underpass beneath the railroad tracks near Olin Park.
