The outbreak of the E71 or Enterovirus 71 virus will not have any impact on the Beijing Olympics according to Hans Troedsson, a WHO China representative. And the reason why? “Because the virus mainly infects infants and children.” How about people who are planning to bring their children to the Olympic Games? I don't want to sound alarmist, but surely there needs to be some degree of concern....
