The Olio restaurant and bar is the ideal place for a relaxing meal with a range of interesting dishes from around the world, plus traditional Scottish favourites with a twist. **Please Note: A second lift is currently being installed in the hotel, which will cause some noise between 10am and 6pm daily. Work is scheduled to be completed by mid April 2008**
