Description:

Set in the heart of the city of Zagreb, the Palace Hotel is the oldest hotel in Zagreb and still retains much of its fine heritage and old world charm. Opened in 1891, the new annexe was completed in 1987 at the same time as the older part was fully restored. With a great restaurant that is thoroughly recommended, a popular coffee shop, lounges, a terrace and TV Lounge, the hotel is very much a focus for society figures in Zagreb. The main Central Square is a 10 minute walk away and the various galleries, museums and the Croatian National Theatre are very close. A tram stops outside the hotel and there are also private taxis available from the hotel. For those wishing to relax and enjoy a traditional hotel stay in Zagreb, they will be made to feel very welcome at the Palace Hotel. (Guests booking a triple room should note that these are double/twin rooms with an extra bed).
