And as if comparing the Duesenberg and the Mercedes 540K wasn't bad enough, how about the Ferrari 250 GTO and the Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ, of about the same vintage (1963/64)? I think it was Reader Countertop who told me that all his favorite cars are more or less derivations of the Ferrari 250 anyway, and I have to tell you, it's a hard argument to refute—if you favor Eyetie pocket-rockets, of course....
