The third-generation Audi S8 is expected to go on sale as a 2011 model, released just one year after the all-new 2010 Audi A8. The S8 is expected to use the 5.0L V10 FSI twin-turbo engine currently powering the Audi RS6 (C6) with 572 hp (427 kW), and it has been reported that the S8's engine could be tuned up to 600 hp (447 kW)
