The Nissan GT-R, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, Studebaker hot rod, disfigured Bentley Continental GT, and lifted Toyota Tundra you see here are the five cars Toyo Tires will be bringing to the upcoming 2008 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. But what's the one thing they all have in common—besides wearing Toyo rubber? They're all ridiculous caricatures! Well, the 1931 Studebaker Model 54 hot rod might not be so bad,...

It took a couple of orbits of the new Skoda Superb for the penny to drop, but there really is no doubt: they've gone and made a £15,000 Bentley Continental Flying Spur, is what they've done. The likeness to the four-door version of the footballer's favourite is uncanny, especially in profile. Just look at the awkward overhangs, the shape of the side glass, the blacked-out pillars, the placement of...

Stylistically, the body kit is similar to the theme they created for the four-door Bentley Flying Spur. The package comprises a full bodykit with a front bumper spoiler, side skirts, and a rear bumper with a carbon-fiber lip, ASI's latest bodykit is a little more reserved than some of its other creations, such as the treatment given the Continental GT sister car, but still gives the Bentley a much sportier...

Well, I am neither a millionaire nor a knuckle-dragging ape-doofus, so this “bikini driving school” look at the Bentley Continental GT doesn’t appeal to me too much. Even though I’m no feminist, I think such abject objectification of women lowers us all. I thought we as a culture more or less got over this level of leering hubba-hubba foolishness when Baywatch finally went off the air. However, I do...

Nobody in their right mind pays $200k for a car. Yes, I’ve seen the Producers (when you got it flaunt it baby!) And I know some people have enough “it” to drop a couple of hundred grand on a car without asking for their change in GTIs. But even if copious lottery winnings could overcome my ethnic aversion to pissing away large amounts of money, I would still think twice about spending that kind of...

Filed under: Aftermarket , SEMA , Tuners , Coupes , Bentley What does SEMA mean to you? For most of us, it's a place for the country's top tuners to show their wares to a power-hungry public. But the dark side of SEMA never ceases to rear its ugly head, and further proof will be available at the Toyo booth where the Tetsu GTR Bentley Continental GT will be displayed. The unholy brainchild of Japanese...
