Shanghai General Motors Corp, the Chinese JV involving GM and SAIC has unveiled a facelifted version of the Buick Excelle. The model is based on the Daewoo/Chevrolet Lacetti/Nubira and also known in some markets as the Chevrolet Optra and is sold in the US as Suzuki Forenza.

Everybody loves 0% financing and we’re sure that Chinese car buyers will have a positive attitude towards GM's plans to offer interest-free loans with a 40 percent down payment for the Buick Excelle or Buick Regal sedans. Interestingly, it's the first time that a carmaker offers interest-free loan in the Chinese market. As you might of guessed, GM aint doing this cause they suddenly fell in love
